Is delivery included in the hire price?

Delivery is included in the hire price as long as you live within a ten mile radius, A small fee will be added to any delivery outside of the ten mile radius.

How long does it take to set up an inflatable?

To set an inflatable takes around fifteen minutes slightly longer for larger units.

What type of surface is required for the inflatables?

Inflatables that are being set up outdoors need to have a flat grassy area so that the unit can be safely and securely staked into the ground.

How much room is required for our inflatables?

The children's inflatables are 12 foot x 12 foot and needs an extra 2 foot either side and 3 foot at the front and back. A children's inflatable with a slide is 15.4 foot x 17.7 foot and needs an extra 3 foot all round.An adult inflatable is 15ft x 15ft and needs an extra 2ft either side and 3ft at the front and the back.

Do I need to supply anything?

All we require from the customer is a standard 3 pinned socket situated within fifty meters from where the inflatable is going to be, We also ask for the area to be cleared prior to our arrival.

Can the inflatable units be hired over night?

Yes they can be hired overnight for an additional 50% cost of the day hire price. If the unit was to be used at night suitable lighting would be required for safety reasons. We would need to collect the inflatable by 10:30am the following day.

How much will it cost to run an inflatable for a whole day?

It would cost around as little as one pound per day to run an inflatable castle.

Will the inflatable need to be supervised?

Yes Alpha Bounce hires out our inflatables on the understanding that the units are supervised at ALL times whilst they are in use by a responsible adult.

What happens if it rains on the day of hire?

Alpha Bounce offers a FREE cancelation policy for cancellations due to the rain,All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.

How do we pay?

Payment must be made in full either by cash or by cheque on delivery of our inflatable.Cheques are made payable to Alpha Bounce.
